2008 Arts & Business Celebration Honorees

Kelly Bowling, senior organization development consultant, Kaiser Permanente developed and operating plan with Word Dance Theatre that included defining Board of Directors Roles and Responsibilities and Recruitment.

Jennifer Belmont, business consultant and Mary Jo Shackelford, principal ExSelleration, LLC developed, implemented and analyzed an employee Salary and Benefits Survey for 12 presenters throughout the region: Arena Stage, Center Stage, Folgers Theatre, Ford's Theatre, Imagination Stage, Round House Theatre, Shakespeare Theatre Company, Signature Theatre, Washington National Opera, Washington Performing Arts Society, Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company/

Ann McCarten, associate, Booz Allen Hamilton produced a marketing competitive analysis and ticket pricing recommendation for Charter Theatre.

Craig Schultz, principal, Energy Buying Strategies provided a marketing analysis of the TICKETPLACE consumer survey.

Pat Peyser, principal, The Catalyst Group conducted a By-Law review for The Art League.

Dan Shelkrot, human resources manager, Bowhead Technical and Professional Services developed job descriptions and recruitment guidelines for the In Series.

Megan Kimball, associate producer, Double R Productions served as producer for three Arts Show & Tell segments; Dance Place, KanKouran West African Dance Company and VisArts.
