Cultural Alliance Security Policy

PRIVACY POLICY: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.   

SECURITY POLICY:  Your payment and personal information is always safe. When registering for an event, all information collected will be securely stored by RegOnline using TRUSTe and Hacker Safe certified programs. RegOnline is a PCI level 2 compliant company. Credit card verification will be completed by Authorize.Net using Address Verification Service (AVS) to establish that your credit card billing information matches the information provided by the security code on the back of your card. The Cultural Alliance of Greater Washington, RegOnline and Authorize.Net will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. Once your registration has been submitted and your credit card has been verified, your payment information will be transmitted to our bank and will not be kept on file at the Cultural Alliance of Greater Washington.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY::

• The CAGW reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or limit the attendance of any workshop. If a program is cancelled or rescheduled, registrants will receive at least 24 hours notice, if possible, and may elect to transfer a credit or receive a full refund.
• The CAGW does not grant refunds for non-attendance.  You may however send a representative in your place.
