How do I purchase tickets from TICKETPLACE?

Mon & Tue Closed

Tickets cannot be purchased by phone.

Please note that a limited number of tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are these good seats?
All seat locations are assigned at the theatres.

How do I get my tickets?
Purchased online at TICKETPLACE.org: Pick up your tickets at the venue's "Will Call" window one hour prior to curtain. Be sure to bring proper identification and the confirmation of your purchase.

Purchased at the TICKETPLACE booth: When you purchase at the TICKETPLACE booth you receive a paper ticket that you take to the venue.

What are the service charges?
A 12% service charge based on the full price (face value) of the ticket is included for all TICKETPLACE purchases online or at the TICKETPLACE outlet.

What are the payment methods?
American Express, MasterCard, Visa only. No cash, checks or travelers checks

Can I exchange tickets or get a refund?
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. The exception to this policy is if an event is cancelled.

Does TICKETPLACE sell tickets over the phone?
No.

How do I place my tickets for sale at TICKETPLACE?
